I've sent out four versions of the Gold Token paper between April and Oct 2023, to 80 State representatives in 18 States.

The 1st mailing was primarily to States with a high potential for their own depositories. I added the "multi-State commission" proposal to subsequent versions. I thought it might be too radical for the 1st mailing. The 4th version was to States with anti-CBDC proposals.

An attractive alternative, controlled at the State government level, might be better strategy against Central Bank Digital Currencies.
