Spent the last two weeks researching about forty different cities in Florida and narrowed my list down to New Port Richey area (including Bayonet Point, Crystal River, Homosassa) with less focus on Pensacola, Ft Walton Beach, Apalachicola, Port Charlotte and Cape Coral. Once I defined areas, I researched through several hundred houses to get an idea of valuation, regional specifics. For instance, 10‚000+ sq ft lots are common, CSB (concrete) houses, etc.
