I updated the status maps for Bitcoin Reserve, Digital Asset and Alt-Currency bills to include ended sessions. Bitcoin bills outnumbered Asset bills by almost 50% but none have passed and almost half are dead now. Three Asset bills passed with one vetoed. My take? Add a precious metals option to your 2026 bill. See platform overview I've sent for the past year:

The Arizona depository bill passed the Senate two months ago and pending but I expect Kartel Katie to kill it like the other crypto bills if it passes.
I emailed and mailed New York State two weeks ago and this week activity exploded on the Senate and Assembly crypto task force bills. Pretty sure that was from me telling them a token platform could be running in three months with three people. I'm 95% sure I could create it myself in ninety days using ChatGPT but those crypto consultants blab on about hyper mumbo jumbo like a custom freeze/rollback feature on the blockchain.
That's like requesting a dashboard switch to disable your brakes. Nonsensical and dangerous.
The Rhode Island crypto task force bill is the same story as NY but with less commotion.
That's why I avoid consulting now whenever possible. Mumbo Jumbo. Infosys was the most dishonest company I've worked for - billing fraud, resume fraud, visa fraud which they got busted on a couple years after I left and Boeing canceled their contracts.
The Connecticut depository bill is curious. A black horse to be sure but I can't shake my impression that it's being pushed by significant powers within the State. I give it higher odds than the AZ bill.
I'm filling for social security in three weeks, which cuts my spend in half. Then halved again in twelve months
"I raised my rates and upped my talking
While my detractors kept on stalking
Here, deep in this Tallahassee backwood
We drank and danced around til dawn"
I might add more later.
