Defcon 33 Presentation

I sent in my DEFCON 33 presentation. I originally intended it for the NCSL summit in August but couldn't get a sponsor or even a reply. I lack standing. ;) It would be more effective there, but there's still not enough awareness. Trump helped a lot by scaring the shit out of many liberals this month. Four States simultaneously submitted depository bills when the tariffs took effect so they probably read my paper and were already pondering it.

The presentation is about half excerpts from the Gold Token White paper, and the other half is a wrapper with my history, actions and results of the past two years, particularly in 2025. IF I get a speaking spot, I'll probably mail out notices to all 600 legislators that received the paper and maybe give out the three free passes to whoever responds first. Defcon rejected my 2017 submission which they may regret now after Trump's re-election.

He has an intuitive genius for NLP far beyond me.

I realized in December (after working with ChatGPT and now Grok for a few weeks) that I could build the SDT platform by myself in 90 days. And once there's an AI template completed, well... wow. Instant platform. Hook up some plumbing for depositories and a few vendors. Almost like installing a washing machine.

Transaction cost constraints go right out the window.
Needs a repeatable process first, though, so the real skill is in creating the development methodology.
