I knew this incident was super sketchy. Notice that in the latest update, there is an "agency handler" as I suggested earlier.

I'm pretty sure Boelter wasn't supposed to survive this long. Now he's a problem. I seriously doubt that Boelter hallucinated a handler. Either the confession letter was planted or Boelter was groomed by someone to be a disposable patsy. There will be mystery phone calls to burner phones.
