I love this location and property although the house needs $15-20K of repairs. It's within five miles of everything I need yet almost in the wilderness, too.
My bay window in Vancouver was larger but this is a better view. And look at my network speed, 380 mps!
The Wavlink antenna only increased download speed by 5% but upload speed by 15% and it freed up where I can position my T-mobile router.
