Pardons
Biden's pardons wil probably be legally challenged on several grounds:
- The concept of "pre-emptive pardon" is legally questionable
- Biden's mental capacity, it's unlikely he knows who was pardoned
- Can a co-conspirator pardon other conspirators for treason?
I expect Trump to release the full story of the J6 riot, that it was planned and instigated by the J6 committee, which is the real reason for Biden's pardons. Ray Epps is probably an FBI asset. General Milley is likely part of the conspiracy, and possibly Mike Pompeo and several others.
Most democrats won't grasp most of this because they're still mired in the television world which incites them to "Hate Trump" without much analysis of anything else, such as Biden's fake inauguration, Trump's executive orders in 2018-2020, COGCON alert on Jan 18th, 2021 or Justice Scalia's assassination.
