As predicted. Blue States are headed for major funding issues so they've filed a lawsuit to block Trump's funding cuts.
You'd think that Governor Gavin Goofus would follow through on his claim that "California is a donor State" (red States are leeching off of CA) and secede. Viva La Raza! But that won't happen because he's a lying shitbag and CA nets out $100+ billion from the FedGov.
